Indian Immunologicals is a unit which manufacturers several Veterinary
vaccines and the products are marketed in India and other neighbouring
countries. We are interested in purifying the glycoprotein of rabies virus
grown in either BHK21 or vero cells and raise antisera in rabbits. Can
someone suggest the details of the procedures of purification of rabies
virus glycoprotein from virus grown in tissue culture?
