Unfortunetly, I have little information about it.
Can anyone help me?
My purpose is on Lambda and T4.
What I want to know is what strain of E.coli is used for the infection
and What their genotypes are.
In addition, I would like to know the best protocols
for each phage infection.
Do I want too much? ;)
