A great book on eradication of diseases is "The Coming Plague". It's not
highly technical, but has HUGE reference sections on each chapter that
may be used for further information.
WARNING!!
After you read this book you may begin to feel like an "inferior"
species. Critters are brilliant when it comes to avioding
eradication!!!
