The correct formula is:

R.C.F. = (4 pi r n-squared)(g)

R.C.R. = relative centrifugal force
r = radius (unique for each rotor)
n = revolutions per second (calculated from a chart that should be with
the centrifuge handbook)
g = 9.8 m/s
