Hello!
In Germany, the risk of getting infected/poisoned by Salmonella spec
through eating raw eggs is considered quite probable. A restaurant e.g.
is forbidden to serve eggs not competely boiled to the "blue-point" for
feas of salmonellosis. If you want to eat raw eggs, make sure they are
of "clean" origin and are not older than 3 days.
