Heavy metals ???

Hello,

I am writing a paper about the possibilities to remove heavy metals from
soils using micro-organisms.
Can somebody give some info about micro-organims who transform heavy
metals in a way that plants can accumulate more of them or that the 
Micro-organisms make revegetation possible of heavily contaminated
soils.
