Hawksley counting chamber

I am looking for a supplier of Hawskley counting chamber. According to 
the "Methods for General and Molecular Bacteriology" edited by the ASM, 
this model is preferred to the Petroff-Hausser counting chamber. I have 
looked in different catalogs and on the net but I could not find 
anything. Could anyone help me?
