Does anyone have a dataset on microbial growth of E coli under different
conditions on temperature, pH etc. that they could let me have. We are
developing models of growth which model the higher moments of the
evolving population frequency distribution through time. This will
enable us to make better estimates of risk factors by providing a more
accurate estimate of the evolving tails of the probability
distributions. To validate the approach and to estimate relevant
parameters in the models we need a dataset with a larger number of
observations. Can anyone help please.
