I can't find any information regarding the 'gold standard" for evaluating
environmental cultures on dialysate and RO water. One of our labs uses
Millipore "paddles" the other spread plates. We need to standardize our
protocol and answer the question: which method yields clinically accurate data
at the lowest price. We are trying to set up the protocol but can find no
references on this issue at all. Can anyone point me in the right direction,
please????
