MICROBIOLOGY TOLERANCES:
I am really interested to know what document i can review to know the
microbiology tolerances in foods. I have research in FDA, CFR but I
did not find precise information, I need values, for example:
Total Count Plate Maximum 10,000 UFC/g
If you know how can I get this information, please contact me. I know
that this values are different in every country, but every
information will be so useful for me. Thank you.
