You're welcome. :-) Here is the recipe, according to the Great God Difco:
Per liter of DI H2O, add:
Tryptose, 20 g
*Lactose, 5 g*
Bacto Bile Salts No. 3, 1.5 g
Dipotassium Phosphate, 4 g
Monopotassium Phosphate, 1.5 g
NaCl, 5 g
Final pH = 6.9 +/- 0.2
