Hi All,
I have been searching for a reference to the normal intracellular
concentration of tryptophan in S.cerevisiae. Does anyone out there have
an idea of what this concentration range might be? I am also interested
in references related to increases or decreases in trp levels in various
backgrounds (other than auxotrophs). Any help is appreciated.
