Hi, I've extracted Erwinia herbicola (Pontia aglomerans) and Bacillus thuringiensis spores and am trying to identify the lipids I am seeing by mass spectrometry. In Erwinia, there is a major peak at 799 and in Bacillus there is a major peak at 1058. Would anyone know what the lipids of these bacteria are? Thanks! --Mark
