Hi everyone. I know that B. cepacia is resistant to many antibiotics. So
I was wondering if people could tell me what a good plasmid-borne
antibiotic marker for selection might be. I just need to introduce a
plasmid to screen for a specific phenotype. Any help would be appreciated.
