Analyses of MS-media containing gelrite (gellan gum)? I would like to
analyse used MS medium by atomic absorbtions spectrometer (AAS). How
could I remove gelrite from the medium or destroy the polymerisating
structure? What other methods could be used to reanalyse MS medium with
gelrite? Thanks for any help and/or ideas susan
