Hi all,
I want to measure bacterial growth over time using turbidity of the
samples. I have read a few papers regarding this measurement and some
different wavelengths seem to be used i.e. 550, 650 and 660nm. I
would appreciate any information on these measurements. The samples I
want to analyse are biodegrading bacteria so as my substrate
disappears ( as shown by its disappearance at its characteristic
wavelength) I want to show a corresponding increase in bacterial
growth.
