Hi! I'm wondering if anyone out there has used fatty acid analysis (MIS
protocol) to identify anaerobic bacteria. I have a question about the
media being used, specifically brain heart infusion agar, and variations
in a protocol.
Please email me directly if you have experience using MIDI systems
with anaerobe ID.
