Hi All.
Can any advise me if Efflux Pump Resistance to marcolides can be
overcome by increasing the antibiotic concentration (clinically). {is
this form of resistance hard to overcome, like TEM beta-lactamase, or is
it more like penicillin resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae that is
treatable by increasing the concentration of penicillin.
