To conclude a four year research programme the Wageningen Agricultural
University organizes a 2-day symposium entitled :
Non-Digestible Oligosaccharides - Healthy food for the colon ?
The symposium will be held on December 4 and 5 1997 in Wageningen, The
Netherlands. Topics include : human nutrition, chemistry, animal
nutrition, microbiology and relations between oligosaccharides and
fibres and/or probiotics.
