Try a PhD dissertation authored by Mahipal Reddy Kunduru in 1994 from Iowa
State University. He used Zymomonas mobilis in biofilm systems and I assume he
has the recipe in his thesis.
Or you can write to Dr. ALi Demirci at ali at iastate.edu. He might have that,
too.
