Is anyone aware of any bacteriocins / colicins / microcins which have
fairly broad host range (for example not just enterics, but many Gram
negs) that act in the cytoplasm? I am not interested in membrane
disrupting microcins, but rather those which need to be transported
into the cytoplasm to act (like colicin E9 which is a nuclease).
Thanks for any pointers to interesting molecules.
