Dear netters, I have to study the expression level of a gene in both aerobic and anaerobic environments in Salmonella by Northern, does any body know which gene I can use to normalize my samples, ie it expresses in same level in both conditions. Thanks Ng Wai Leung Dept. of Biology CUHK
