Do you know that the two species that you have actually asked about are
fungi, not bacteria ?
If you are looking at oral microbes why don't you investigate Strep.oralis
and Strep.sanguis. It may be worthwhile contacting Manchester Metropolitan
University as they are doing research on the effect of toothpaste on oral
species.
