Kefir is a typical TURKISH fermented dairy sour beverage fermented by lactic 
acid bacteria (Lactobacillus kefir and Lactobacillus acidophilus). It is 
believed to be good for skin cure. It is now not commonly consumed beverage 
even in Turkey. However, you may find some info in another countries where 
Ottoman Empire thought how to make kefir. For example, Norway, Denmark, 
Swetzerland, and Sweden may make kefir according to howc former Ottomans made 
and thought them.
