Dear All,
I'm currently trying to compile a list of bacteria for which
the well characterisd E. coli transposons Tn5, Tn10, Tn3, etc. don't work
and where there are currently no known transposons. I would prefer
to keep it to proven pathogenic bacteria but if you have a favourite
which is uncharacterised in this respect or even downright friendly I
would still like the information.
