AOAC INTERNATIONAL, an internationally active non-profit
scientific & educational association in the field of chemical &
microbiological analysis and laboratory management seeks
two creative, innovative, efficient, goal-oriented individuals.
One Technical Coordinator position is available for
coordinating the review and evaluation of analytical methods,
and one Program Coordinator position is available for
developing and supervising AOAC programs.
Both positions require a thorough understanding of analytical
methodology and quality assurance principles. A minimum
of a bachelor's degree in chemistry or microbiology or related
scientific field is required with work experience related to the
analytical chemistry or microbiology; knowledge of basic
concepts, trends, and vocabulary of scientific methods
development and laboratory operations; knowledge of basic
concepts of statistical analysis; demonstrated oral and
written communications skills; computer skills in word
processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; and
project management experience.
