What about Globicatella ?
Why discuss - send the strain to a reference laboratory

APPROVED: VP ;NSP 45:418
AUTHORS: Collins et al. 1995
LIT.REF: J Appl Bacteriol 73:433-437,1992
TYPESTR: 1152-78,NCFB 2835,ATCC 51173
ETYMOLOGY: globus=round body,sphere;catella=small chain;sanguis=of blood
RELATED: Deep branching to Aerococcus and LAB. Genetically distinct.
HABITAT: Description based on 9 human isolates
MEDICAL: Human blood
IDENTIFY: Gram-positive catalase-negative cocci in chains
REM: 6.5%NaCl+,LAP-,Lancefield's group D antigen not present

p.s.

I did not check for other characters - the purpose was to say
that there are many new genera of Gram-positive cocci and many
different methods for identification: CFA, protein-profiling,
sequencing, ...
Some strains are markedly changed when present in the human body
for years or decades. A good example is Burkholderia cepacia.
We have a nice collection of aberrant strains of different
species.
