Could someone please post to this group what a Selas #03 filter (or it's
equivalent) is? ATCC recommends this filter as a last step in the
preparation of a high titer phage stock. What is the pore size of this
filter and the material that it is made of? Would a 0.45 µm or 0.2 µm
syringe filter be an appropriate substitute?
