uses enrichment in TSB + polymixin and plating
in a recent posting there was a mention of the Australian Standard method
of plating samples onto PPEMBA media giving " - very pretty "peacock blue"
colonies on lime green agar!". Can anyone point me to a reference or a
recipe for this agar?
