No, for one thing, you could still have carriers show have one copy of the gene
(I believe that it's recessive), so you'd have to do DNA tests and sterilize
them.  Then you'd have to DNA test every newborn to make sure that the mutation
had been recreated by accident (radiation or whatever).

It would be stupid anyway.  We can take care of haemophiliacs in our society,
so they aren't a burden.

Next stupid question please.
