I'm preparing a talk on meningococcal meningitis and I would like to get
examples of chemoprophylaxis protocols from countries around the world,
along with any evidence supporting their effectiveness. I should be
grateful for your help. Either actual protocols, with references if
possible, or just the references would also be helpful. I have the UK
protocol already. Thanks.
