I'm planning some expts using transposon mutagenesis in E. coli and Staph. aureus. I am interested in transposons which carry two markers, ideally lacZ and one for antibiotic resistance. I'd welcome any suggestions as to the most suitable and where I can get hold of them. Thanks Eddie
