Hi folks-
I am interested in generating a list of common functional domains in proteins
that could reside on different gene products (perhaps representing shared
exons?). For example an ATP binding domain might be found on any number of
different gene products. I want to be able to do a database search and find a
number of different gene products that all share a common functional domain.
So... I would like to hear what you might think are appropriate "domains" to
search for (e.g. ATP binding, DNA binding, etc.).
Thanks.
