Hi all,
I'm searching about diagnosis of mycobacterium bovis with PCR.
My prof. want knows if the PCR even be used on meat besides lynphonodes, sputum, gastric aspirate etc.
This kind of diagnosis must be applied for meats ispection in the slaughter-house. I research above all the metod of Mycobacteriun bovis' DNA extraction with appropiate primer.
I have make a search on the web with various engine and with many keyword, but
i haven't found something. can you tell what are right address on the web?
