Hi all. I am planing to use NM522 E.coli strain transformed with the pCI-neo plasmid (Promega). Could anybody help me in giving the procedure and conditions for selecting transformants on neomycin-containing medium plates? Does this strategy require a special care to any step? Thanks a lot. Mark.
