Suggest you try the E. coli Genetic Stock Center at Yale University.
They have a web page that is searchable by mutation, genotype, etc.
The URL is: http://cgsc.biology.yale.edu/ Request from academic
institutions are, I believe, free of charge, and commercial users are
charges a very nominal fee. Excellent source of E. coli mutant strains.
