I have a question to this group, since microbiologists are experts in
sterilization.
Can someone tell me what's the difference between porous load
autoclaving and gravity displacement autoclaving?
These two types of autoclaving are frequently quoted in texts about
inactivation of spongiform encephalopathy agents and are probably
quite different, since very different temperatures are needed for
inactivation.
