Hi everyone,
I've been trying to use a phenyl-B-D-galactoside (PGal) medium to select
lacI mutants (even tried wt E.coli with IPTG to test the medium), but I
haven't observed any growth. Is it possible that my concentration of
PGal is too high (750mg/L)?
