An enquiry for a friend, looking for anything that may be off any
vague use in research on parietal cells
(1) Culture of pure colonies of parietal cells. This is
commonly done in many species including humans; I'm the first
person to ever try it in sheep. General cell culture techniques
I don't really need, just any you find pertaining to parietal
cells specifically.
(2) Seperation of cells based on their different densities
using density gradient centrifugation media such as Percoll or
Nycodenz.
(3) Seperation of cell types by centrifugal elutriation.
Thanks for your time
