I had read in a magazine article atleast two years ago that the last virulent
stain of smallpox was to be eradicated in the fall of 1993. However, I was
recently looking through the Microbio page on the WWW and saw that the time
of execution was moved back to June 30 1995. I didn't find any articles about
it written after that time so could someone bring me up to speed on this topic?
Has Smallpox actually been destroyed or has it been delayed again?
