We are doing a little work on antibiotics and are looking for a chemical
method for gramicidin assay - HPLC or even UV if possible. Method does
not have to be validated just give results that are at least as good as
current bioassay which shouldn't be too hard. Any ideas or references
appreciated. Thanks.
