bacteriology of lakes

Hello all, I am a student of Marine Biology and I perform a study of the 
distribution of bacteria in Southern Chilean lakes.

I am looking for references on bacterial counts (heterotrophic bacteria, 
total and fecal coliforms) in relation to eutrophy grade in freshwaters.
