I have an undergraduate student who wishes to fish out mobile genetic
elements found in soil bacteria. If you have (or know anyone who does
have) vectors for positive selection of insertion elements (ala
pSUP104-rpsL, or pSUP104-sac) I would like to hear from you. We are
under a time limit as the student will only be in the lab for 2 more
