Don't crosspost to so many newsgroups. Read Stryer. Do your homework for
yourself. (Hint: substrate phosphorylation occurs in glycolysis and the
citrate cycle, oxidative phosphorylation occurs in the mitochondrium
in the respiratory chain.)
