Try: Diagnostic Molecular Microbiology - Principles and Applications Edited by
Persing D.H., Smith T.F., Tenover F.C. and White T.J. Published by the
American Society for Microbiology, Washington DC, 1993. A text devoted to
practical procedures for PCR diagnosis in disease detection.
