FACULTY POSITION
ANIMAL, PLANT OR MICROBIAL PHYSIOLOGY
DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGY

The Department of Biology, University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a
tenure track position at the level of Assistant Professor from outstanding
scientists with research interests in any area of animal, plant or microbial
physiology. Individuals whose work employs molecular, biochemical, biophysical,
genetic and/or systems approaches to organismal physiology, the interactions of
organisms with their environment or interactions among organisms are encouraged
to apply. The Department of Biology is broadly based in animal and plant
molecular biology, cellular, and developmental biology as well as genetics,
organismal biology, ecology and evolutionary biology. Candidates are expected
to have demonstrated excellence and productivity in research and must have an
interest in undergraduate and graduate education. Please send curriculum vitae,
