Mutation rate in M13

To the best of my knowledge, M13 DNA replication utilizes the host's DNA
polymerase I (E. coli Dpol I) so the mutation rate seen in this phage
should be a reflection of the misincorporation rate of this enzyme.

If I'm off base on this PLEASE correct me.
