I'm currently doing an undergrad thesis involving the glucose dehydrogenase gene in Rhizobium. The enzyme from this gene requires pyrroloquinolinequinone (PQQ) as a coenzyme. What I am looking for is a media that can detect or select for PQQ mutants. Thanks in advance. Terry Rasmussen
