I am a masters student at the University of New Brunswick and I am having
trouble finding information on the following:

After how long can prokaryotic mRNA found in frozen tissues or body fluids
of an animal (eg. fish) be used in a successful reverse transcription
    polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)?

If anyone could please help, it would be appreciated. Please e-mail me
  directly.
