Hi there,
I'm a master's student interested in the biodegradation of
heavy Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. I intend to use biphasic
cultures to augment the biodisponibility of the compounds I want to
see degraded (a culture with the compound dissolved in a non-aqueous
phase, like oil, overlying the culture media). Can anyone help me in
finding articles and general views on these techniques? It would be
greatly appreciated.
